Paul C. Ford
Mr. Ford has been with the Company since 2000, during which time he has served in several key roles, including most recently General Counsel. Mr. Ford was appointed CEO of Agion
Technologies in September 2008. A professional chemical engineer and attorney, Mr. Ford has
spent his career in highly regulated fields, first with the Upjohn Company in pharmaceutical
intermediates and industrial chemical production, then with United Technologies’ Corporate
Environmental Group where he worked with the Environmental Protection Agency.
He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and J.D. from the University of Connecticut and its School of Law, an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Haven and a L.L.M. in Intellectual Property from Franklin Pierce Law Center.
Jeffrey A. Trogolo
Dr. Trogolo supports Sciessent’s technology operations and sales & marketing efforts and is an original member of the team that founded Agion Technologies. This work has earned him the 2006 Technology Pioneers Award from the World Economic Forum. He joined Agion in 1998, after serving as a Staff Scientist and Research Director for orthopedic device applications at Spire Corporation, a medical device surface engineering company.
Dr. Trogolo earned his B.S. and Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is on the board of directors of Solutions Benefiting Life (SBL), a non-profit organization with a mission to bring cleaner, safer water to the developing world.
Jennifer Moore
As VP of Finance at Sciessent LLC, Jennifer helps shape and drive the company’s growth strategy by overseeing our financial management and aligning our partnerships for shared success. Jennifer directs all corporate financial planning and policy, supply and distribution strategy, accounting and budget management initiatives.
Prior to joining Sciessent in 2007, Jennifer held leadership roles at Watchfire, Inc and SunCapsule. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Merrimack College and an MBA from Endicott College.
David Rubin
An experienced sales professional in the global textile, apparel, and footwear markets for over 30 years. The past 15 years have worked with top consumer brands and retailers on technical ingredient solutions including 3M Thinsulate Insulation, Scotchlite Reflective Materials and Scotchgard Protector, which complements Sciessent’s Portfolio of antimicrobial, anti- odor, and other innovative textile solutions. Graduate of University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management with a Marketing Major.
Frank Stevens
Graduated NC State in 1988 with a degree in Textile Chemistry. Actively working in Textile Dye and Auxiliary Industry since 1989. After a brief stint in Australia that ended in early 1991, returned to the US and focused on the then-vibrant textile industry in Southern California. With the decline of the textile industry in the US, accepted a position with Yorkshire Asia Pacific in 2007. Was part of the Yorkshire Asia Pacific leadership and business development team from 2007 until early 2012. Joined Sciessent in 2012 while still living in Asia.
Upon joining Sciessent, focused on Technical Sales, business development and tech service at the mill level. Promoted to VP of Global Tech transfer in 2017 then to General Manager of Textiles in 2021. As GM of Textiles, responsibilities include support with mill and brand level presentations. Management of a large technical transfer and support team, oversight of product development and support of business development efforts initiated by our VP of Sales along with our Development Directors.
